The recipient will be responsible for any and all deductibles and expenses not covered by his/her insurance at the time of the accident.

hereby entirely assume sole and absolute responsibility and liability for any damage to the vehicle described above and owned by Strande's Garage and for any and all damages including pet hair and dander, loss, expense, fee and/or claim resulting from or relating to the operating of said vehicle while it is in my possession or under my control.

I have motor vehicle Full Coverage Insurance which complies with the state of Texas minimum requirements and is sufficient to provide primary first vehicular coverage against any and all losses, damages, expense, fee and/or claim and herby agree to indemnify and hold Strande's Garage harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses and/or fees, including attorney’s fees, related to my possession of said vehicle while it is in my possession or under my control. Strande's Garage's insurance is excess over any other collectible insurance.

The drivers license as well as insurance must be in the name of the signed recipient, &/or verified to be approved on the Insurance as a listed and insured driver of the policy. The recipient MUST be 21yrs of age and hold a valid driver’s license.

No smoking or pets in the vehicle at any time.

The signed recipient agrees that you are the only authorized driver at any time.

The vehicle is to stay within the 100 Mile radius from Strande's Garage. If the vehicle is taken out of Denton, TX you are responsible for any roadside assistance or towing if vehicle breaks down.

Recipient agrees that there is absolutely no use of electronic devices allowed while operating the vehicle at any time.

agree to pay any parking and/or speeding violations that are assigned to the vehicle when it is in my possession as well as a $25.00 processing fee.

This vehicle will not be used (1) by other than an authorized driver; (2) to push or tow anything, carry persons or property for hire, in a race, test, contest or training activity; (3) For any illegal purposes or in the commission of a crime’ (4) while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (5) to initially cause damage or engage in willful wanton or reckless misconduct; (6) Outside of our geographic driving restrictions and in any event outside of Canada and the US; (7) If it was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation.

We understand that sometimes you just do not have time to stop and fill the vehicles back up. In the event that this occurs, the recipient agrees to pay $6.00 per gallon to bring the fuel level back to the level that the vehicle left on. This will be charged with the card on file.
