I got my Jetta's AC system replaced by these guys a couple years ago, and they were honest, friendly, and communicative throughout the process, all while charging less than I expected. Earlier today, I took my Jetta in to see if they could install a splash guard that I bought off Carparts.com. They told me it's not the kind of thing they normally do, but that they'd be happy to help out anyway. They had me on my way in like 20 minutes tops. Shoutout Edessa and Levi! Y'all are the best. I'll definitely be sticking with Strandes going forward.

At Strandes, I received friendly, efficient and competent service. Additionally, because of some website issue, they weren't notified about my appointment, yet they still started service for my car that day. Even though I live out of town, if I can get my car there, then this is the shop I would use.
