I'm a college student in the area, and wanted a second opinion on the low oil pressure another mechanic had diagnosed. Andrew gave me a wonderfully thorough explanation of what was wrong (that the other didn't really do) and gave me so many options to follow through with. I have an Audi, so there aren't many mechanics I can trust to know what's going on, and they absolutely had it under control. I will be coming back with this car and my future cars so long as I'm still in town! Trustworthy, personable, and kind.

TJ and the team at Strande’s have been taking care of my automotive needs for nearly 20 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the DFW metroplex to take better care of my car. They are phenomenal at treating people and their vehicles with courtesy, respect, and fairness. I recently went in for a full brake system work up. They diagnosed the car and determined I only really needed the front brakes replaced. I save an easy $400 when they could have just as easily told me I needed an entire new system. I know that they will always be honest with me and do their best to make sure that I will be happy and safe. On top of all of that, this team has been dealing with environmental issues that would be otherwise unsustainable. But you’d never know it because they work with such a high level of integrity and speed. Kudos to this team for being so amazing!

Tj is really nice, his attitude and friendly nature seemed very inviting and he treated us with respect. I only dropped my truck off today but I could tell my truck is in good hands

I came in for a quote on a/c service, and they actually quoted me a pretty fair price but the mechanic speaking to me was pretty rude and arrogant. Nobody likes to be spoken to as if it is a privilege to be in your presence. Did not feel like they wanted new customers at all. Good price, but walked out because of the attitude and tone of the mechanic.

This place was the most honest place I have ever taken my car. They worked with me and took great care of my car. I recommend this place if you are looking for honest people, good customer service and quality work on your car.
